These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Access For All Cleaning Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking our services, you (“the Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Booking” means a request for Services made by the Client via our website, phone, email, or other means.

“Services” means the domestic or commercial cleaning services as described in the Booking.

“Quote” means the estimated price provided for the Services.

“Client Information” means any specific instructions, access codes, or information provided by the Client for the performance of the Services.

2. Booking and Acceptance

A Booking is an offer by you to purchase our Services.

A Booking is only confirmed once we provide written (email or SMS) confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of Booking.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information provided at the time of the request. The final price may vary if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial request.

Pricing: We offer both flat-rate and hourly-rate pricing as selected during the Booking. Our rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements for commercial account terms have been made. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, cash, direct deposit].

Late Payment: Overdue invoices may be subject to interest charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Access: You must provide safe and clear access to the premises on the scheduled day. If we are unable to access the premises, a lock-out/cancellation fee may apply.

Safety: You must inform us of any potential hazards (e.g., broken glass, slippery surfaces, aggressive pets), and ensure the environment is safe for our staff.

Preparation: To maximize efficiency, you should tidy areas (e.g., pick up clothes, toys, dishes) before our team arrives.

Pets: Please secure any pets for the safety of both your animals and our cleaners.

5. Our Service & Limitations

Standard: We will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill, using industry-standard products and equipment.

Supplies: The cost of standard cleaning supplies is included. If you request specific, specialty products, they may incur an additional charge.

Existing Damage: We will not be liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on surfaces, furniture, or items. It is recommended you point out any delicate or valuable items beforehand.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to clean any item or area we deem to be a health and safety risk.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation: For one-time cleans, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a booking without penalty.

Recurring Services: For recurring services, please refer to your specific service agreement for cancellation terms.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Commitment: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Resolution: We will, at our discretion, either return to re-clean the area of concern or provide a refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the service. This is subject to the notification timeframe and our assessment.

8. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability: Our total liability to you for any loss or damage is limited to the total value of the Services provided. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss.

Insurance: We hold Public Liability Insurance. Details are available upon request.

Damage: While we take the utmost care, accidents can happen. You must report any damage caused by our staff within 24 hours. We will remedy the damage at our cost (e.g., repair or replacement) subject to fair wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to our brand, website, and marketing materials remains our exclusive property.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
